Job summary

BVM is seeking an experienced Engineering Coordinator to support the maintenance and engineering operations of our villa properties in Uluwatu, Bali. You will coordinate daily maintenance activities, supervise technicians, and manage vendors to ensure seamless villa operations and guest satisfaction.

With a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 3 years in engineering/maintenance, you will inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water systems and MEP, enforce safety standards, and

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Engineering Coordinator to support the maintenance and engineering operations of our villa properties in Uluwatu. The Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, ensuring all facilities and equipment are maintained properly, managing technicians and vendors, and responding to maintenance issues to ensure smooth villa operations and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities across villa properties.

Supervise and assign tasks to technicians and maintenance staff.

Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water systems, pumps, pools, and other villa facilities.

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are properly implemented.

Respond promptly to breakdowns, technical issues, and emergency maintenance.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized work is required.

Monitor maintenance materials, spare parts, and equipment requirements.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions.

Prepare regular engineering and maintenance reports.

Ensure all engineering work follows safety standards and company procedures.

About you

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/maintenance, preferably in hotels, villas, resorts, or hospitality.

Previous experience in a Coordinator / Senior Technician / Supervisor position is preferred.

Strong knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, water systems, and general MEP.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Able to coordinate and supervise technicians effectively.

Good vendor and contractor management skills.

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and respond to operational emergencies when required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
