Job summary

MateCareer is seeking a diligent villa maintenance technician in Bali to perform routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building systems. You will ensure all villa facilities and utilities are functioning properly before guest check-in and coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are needed.

• Monitor and maintain the inventory of tools, spare parts, and engineering supplies.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Assist with renovation and improvement projects when required.
• Support the operations team to ensure high standards of villa quality and guest satisfaction.
