Job summary

BALIMMO DEVELOPMENT GROUP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage routine upkeep of villa facilities in Bali. You will inspect electrical, plumbing, AC and pool equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs to ensure guest-ready condition.

Responsibilities include coordinating with external vendors, maintaining maintenance records, and upholding safety standards. Prior villa/hotel maintenance experience is preferred, with flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• SMK/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related field.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in villa, hotel, or property.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and AC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs independently.
• Responsible and proactive, able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
