As a Senior Engineering Leader, you will manage priorities, align with stakeholders, conduct technical interviews, and help the team

Qualifications

• S1/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiar with server-side web frameworks such as Django, Laravel, or Node.js.
• Experience and enjoy working in a team environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading Software Engineering teams.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Open to exploring and implementing new technologies and concepts.
• Interest and ability to learn other programming languages as needed.
• Understand core software engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Perform and facilitate daily managerial tasks, such as one-on-ones, agile ceremonies, meetings, and communications.
• Align with other teams, ensure clear communications, mediate disputes, and improve processes for maximum impact.
• Provide mentorship to direct reports regarding technical competencies and career growth.
• Conduct technical interviews.
• Assist Senior Managers in writing, deploying and achieving team OKRs.
• Anticipate management needs and provide visibility of team conditions.
• Offer insights and proposals on tech stacks, tools, and processes for maximum impact.

Job Requirements:
