Job summary

SingaPay, a fast-growing Indonesian fintech, seeks a Technical Lead to drive architectural excellence, mentor engineers, and support the growth of the engineering team. You will steer technical decisions, review code, and ensure scalable services in production.

Candidates have 5–10 years of software development, 2+ years in leadership, and deep expertise in Laravel, Golang, Python, or React, with strong knowledge of architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5–10 years of software development experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership, senior engineer, or technical lead capacity
• Strong expertise in one or more technologies such as Laravel, Golang, Python, or React
• Solid understanding of Software Architecture, System Design, RESTful APIs, and Microservices
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong communication skills and business-level English proficiency
