Job summary

Krom is seeking a Lead Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and scale high-quality digital products in Jakarta. You will lead a team while remaining hands-on across frontend and backend.

You’ll mentor engineers, drive best practices, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software and meaningful product impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience, incl. 2+ years in tech leadership.
• Strong frontend tech experience: React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Experience with SQL databases, query optimization, performance tuning.
• Proven track record building modern web/mobile apps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Agile, cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative leader, mentoring others, driving engineering excellence.

As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling high-quality digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in developing both frontend and backend applications.

Working closely with Product, Design, QA, and other cross-functional teams, you will transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions, drive engineering best practices, and ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and maintainable software.
