You will define and drive technical strategy, align it with business objectives, and collaborate with product, design, and operations to ensure high-quality product delivery. You will also oversee code quality, performance, and timely releases, while guiding career development and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams.
