Synkrona is seeking an experienced electrical power engineer to lead secondary design activities for Solar PV and renewable energy projects in Jakarta. You will design, review, and deliver control schematics, interconnection diagrams, and protection schemes across BED- to DED stages, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE/SNI standards.

Five+ years in power generation or substations, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and strong English skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, industrial power, or substation projects.
• Familiarity with international and local standards; ensuring compliance to IEC/IEEE/SPLN/PUIL/SNI.
• Understanding of Protection & Control Systems, SCADA, Substation Automation Systems (SAS), and electrical network configurations.
• Strong analytical capabilities and technical comprehension to solve complex engineering issues.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary project environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent English, both oral and written.
• Hands-on experience in Substation (AIS/GIS) secondary engineering projects in Solar PV, BESS, Hybrid Power Plant, or conventional Power Plant projects.
• Experience in detail engineering design (DED) as EPC contractor or site construction monitoring as owner engineer (OE) in RE projects.
• Experience in testing and commissioning of Protection Relay Engineering, SCADA, SAS, and IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-101/104, Modbus TCP/RTU, DNP3 systems.
• Exposure to project managerial role.

Responsabilités

• Conduct secondary-related design and engineering in all stages of a project lifecycle; from BED/FEED design to DED of Solar PV or renewable energy systems.
• Prepare and review technical and engineering documents assessing compliance with Client's Requirements and standards (IEEE, IEC, SPLN, SNI).
• Prepare engineering deliverables including control schematics, wiring diagrams, interconnection diagrams, cable schedules, and communication architecture drawings.
• Develop technical specifications, datasheets, and review vendor documents to ensure MTO/BoQ adequacy for cost and procurement.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and support project execution from design to handover.
• Supporting project managers in communication and coordination required for successful engineering delivery; ensuring compliance to schedule.

Description du poste

• Conduct secondary-related design and engineering in all stages of a project lifecycle; from the conceptual design or basic engineering design (BED) / FEED design to detailed design (DED) of Solar PV or renewable energy (RE) system using tools (Office, Google Sheet, AutoCAD).
• Prepare and review technical and engineering document assessing compliance with Client´s Requirements, international and local standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, SNI, SPLN) and regulations, ensuring the implementation of a good industry practice for engineering project.
• Prepare engineering deliverables including control schematics, wiring diagrams, interconnection diagrams, cable schedules, and communication architecture drawings.
