Job summary

PT Colliers International Indonesia seeks a Manager - Engineering with a Mechanical and Electrical background to oversee day-to-day operations, service, and maintenance of all building systems. You will supervise vendors, contractors, and technicians and ensure timely tenant service.

The role requires reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints, plus strong leadership and communication skills. Monthly site audits and team training are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in facility and building management.
• Good communication skills, including a good command of English.
• Good personal and interpersonal skills.
• Organized person and a team player.
• Proven managerial and leadership skill.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct vendors, contractors, and technicians in daily operations, service, and maintenance of all building systems.
• Read, understand, and utilize wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and blueprints.
• Supervise preventive maintenance on structures, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Respond to tenant service requests regarding lighting, plumbing, heating, and cooling issues.
• Provide monthly audit reports for the buildings and premises.
• Provide regular training for other engineers.
