Job summary

Colliers Indonesia is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across our project portfolio. You will ensure design integrity, coordinate with engineering teams, project managers, contractors, and clients to keep programs on track and aligned with client objectives.

You will monitor design compliance, lead technical reviews, and drive integration with schedule, cost control, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or consultancy.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and collaborative team player with leadership ability.
• Willingness to relocate across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all MEP works across project phases, ensuring compliance with design standards and client requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows.
• Review and monitor MEP drawings, schedules, and progress reports to ensure timely execution.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to address technical and operational challenges.
• Support project management in risk assessment, cost control, and quality assurance related to MEP systems.
