Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Specialist to maintain our office facilities and building systems in Jakarta. The role involves hands-on repairs across AC systems, electrical/plumbing work, and general infrastructure while coordinating regular maintenance and communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience, with strong diagnostic and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of practical, hands-on office facility maintenance experience.
• Troubleshooting of AC split systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry, lighting, and general repairs independently.
• Strong on-site diagnostic and budget-conscious problem solving.
• Clear communication with office staff and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize urgent repairs and manage maintenance tickets.

Responsibilities

• Technical maintenance & repairs of AC split units, piping, electrical systems, and office hardware.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for HVAC, lighting, and power infrastructure.
• Assess issues, identify root causes, implement practical repair solutions within SLAs.
• Engage with office teams to communicate timelines and minimize disruption.
• Evaluate repair requests for cost-effective, safe, quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with external contractors and oversee third-party service providers.
• Ensure all activities comply with WHS and electrical safety standards.
