Job summary

PT Ecolab International Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance professional at the Citeureup Plant. The role involves performing maintenance tasks per work orders and supervisor directions while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include implementing daily to annual maintenance programs and leading TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, PM, and 5S initiatives, along with facility upkeep and supervising contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma with electrical or mechanical background.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance roles.
• Certifications related to electrical work and welding preferred.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Experience in maintenance of chemical or manufacturing environments is required.
• Willing to work at Ecolab Citeureup Plant.

Job description

You will perform relevant duties related to the Maintenance of Ecolab by acting upon all the provisions of quality systems and complying with company health & safety policies and procedures.

What You Will Do:

Perform maintenance functions in accordance with work order requirements and/or assignments from supervisors within the factory, while complying with all safety regulations, especially those stated in critical procedures

Ensure the implementation of maintenance programs according to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules

Execute factory programs such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Preventive Maintenance), and 5S

Handle building and facility maintenance

Supervise contractor work and activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree education with Electrical or Mechanical background
• Having at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance positions
• Certifications related to electrical work and welding will be an added advantage Able to read and understand technical drawings
• Proficient in computer usage
• Experience working in maintenance of chemical or manufacture company is a must
• Willing to work at Ecolab Citeureup Plant
