Job summary

Ecolab Indonesia is seeking a maintenance technician to perform upkeep across the Citeureup Plant. You will follow work orders, adhere to safety policies, and maintain equipment to support daily production.

The role covers TPM, autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance, and 5S, with emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems. Read drawings, use computer tools, and supervise contractor activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in electrical or mechanical field required.
• At least 3 years in maintenance roles.
• Electrical and welding certifications are an added advantage.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Experience in maintenance of chemical or manufacturing setup.
• Willing to work at Ecolab Citeureup Plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance per work orders while following safety regulations.
• Ensure maintenance programs are executed on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules.
• Implement TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and 5S.
• Handle building and facility maintenance.
• Supervise contractor work and activities.

Job description

You will perform relevant duties related to the Maintenance of Ecolab by acting upon all the provisions of quality systems and complying with company health & safety policies and procedures.

What You Will Do:

• Perform maintenance functions in accordance with work order requirements and/or assignments from supervisors within the factory, while complying with all safety regulations, especially those stated in critical procedures

• Ensure the implementation of maintenance programs according to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules

• Execute factory programs such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Preventive Maintenance), and 5S

• Handle building and facility maintenance

• Supervise contractor work and activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree education with Electrical or Mechanical background
• Having at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance positions
• Certifications related to electrical work and welding will be an added advantage Able to read and understand technical drawings
• Proficient in computer usage
• Experience working in maintenance of chemical or manufacture company is a must
• Willing to work at Ecolab Citeureup Plant
