Job summary

Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera is seeking a hotel maintenance professional to perform preventive maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. You will respond promptly to guest requests, inspect equipment, and support senior technicians on major projects.

The role requires knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, plus a willing attitude to work shifts, weekends, and on-call duties. Prior hotel maintenance experience is a plus in this busy Accor property.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Hotel or facility maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Able to work under supervision and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and guest-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks and handle tools/equipment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and on-call duty.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Supervisor.
