Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in planning or scheduling; experience as Fixed Plant Scheduler preferred.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, project management principles, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to manage schedules, multitask, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Proficient with project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all stages of the maintenance lifecycle.
• Collaborate with departments to determine duration, timing, activities and resources.
• Organize regular progress meetings and address issues with corrective actions.
• Provide daily, weekly and final progress reports.
