Job summary

The Balangan Hotel is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspection and repair of hotel facilities and equipment. You will handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical tasks to keep guest areas and back-of-house spaces in good condition.

You will respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, document issues, assist with preventive maintenance, and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe guest environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent maintenance issues.

Able to respond to urgent maintenance issues when required.

Technical/vocational education is an advantage.
