Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engineering training programs in Surabaya. You will conduct classroom, workshop, and hands-on sessions, translating complex engineering concepts into clear instructions and updating training materials accordingly.

You will mentor technicians, identify skill gaps, and align training with safety standards and industry best practices, while collaborating with engineering and operations teams to keep content
