Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia seeks a multiskilled professional to support end-to-end commercial operations across Customer Service, Q2C, and Order Management. You will coordinate SAP-based order processing, intercompany procurement, and master data maintenance to meet customer requirements.

The role requires hands-on SAP experience, a solid understanding of Q2C processes, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA. Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP experience is required.
• Good understanding of Q2C processes, including sales order, fulfillment, delivery, and billing.
• Familiarity with SAP master data setup and maintenance and its impact on transactions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders from entry to closure.
• Create and maintain accurate Sales Orders in SAP.
• Coordinate intercompany POs to source products for customers.
• Maintain alignment between Sales Orders and intercompany POs.
• Coordinate with Thermo Fisher intercompany entities on availability and delivery.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, and delivery status; resolve issues.
• Provide timely order status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other functions for smooth fulfillment.
• Understand SAP master data setup and ensure data availability for transactions.
• Identify and troubleshoot master data issues impacting orders and pricing.
• Support order amendments, cancellations, returns, and post-order activities.
• Take ownership of transactions and escalate issues affecting commitments.
• Support process improvements and S/4HANA implementation initiatives.
