Job summary

PT TEMPINDO JASATAMA (Divisi Jakarta Temp) invites a capable Order to Cash support professional to assist the CS Manager in handling orders through billing and collections. You will oversee CS associates across Bali, Cikarang, Citeureup and Surabaya, ensuring smooth invoicing and cross-divisional communication.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP/SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of order management, billing, sales or admin experience.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Support the CS Manager in O2C from order receipt to billing and collection.
• Manage CS associates across multiple locations in Indonesia.
• Coordinate with Finance AR on DSO improvement projects.
• Prepare monthly CS operation reports (DSO, DIFOT, Delivery Not Yet Invoice).
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning and Supply Planning to align stock and forecasts.
• Monitor PODs and support documentation for billing.

Job description

Support the CS Manager in the Order to Cash process (O2C) in Indonesia, including receiving orders up to billing and collection, order processing and deliveries, invoicing, cross division communication, and handling routine and complex inquiries and complaints. You will manage CS associates based across multiple locations in Indonesia (Bali, Cikarang, Citeureup and Surabaya) serving 9 divisions (Manufacturing, Basic Industries, Mining, Downstream, Paper, Institutional, F&B, QSR and PEST).

Key responsibilities

• Support CS Manager in the Order to Cash process (O2C) including receiving orders, billing, collection, order processing, deliveries, invoicing, cross division communication, and handling inquiries and complaints
• Manage CS associates across multiple locations in Indonesia (Bali, Cikarang, Citeureup and Surabaya) serving 9 divisions
• Coordinate with Finance (AR) Team on DSO continuous improvement projects, focusing on reducing billing process lead time, reducing unbilled items, reducing bad debt and improving collections
• Manage all monthly CS operation reporting including DIFOT, Freight Policy tracking, ZDI-CN reports, Delivery Not Yet Invoice, and monthly OOR clean up
• Work with Sales Team, Demand Planning and Supply Planning Team to ensure stock, order and forecast alignment
• Monitor and follow up POD (signed return DO) with Distribution Team and Sales Team/Customer
• Provide data tracking of billing progress for contract service, consignment, once off, equipment and milestone project billing
• Send complete documentation including POD, completion reports, PO/Contract and supporting documents to CS Billing Team
• Work closely with 3PL warehouse Team
• Work on sales reports (accrual) with Finance Team

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major (Accounting and Management major preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in order management, billing, sales, or administrative experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on experience in ERP, especially SAP (advantageous)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in writing and presentations
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach to improving supply performance
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
