Job summary

PT Brighty Global Sinergi is seeking an experienced Employee & Industrial Relations professional for a contract position based in Bekasi, West Java. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, promoting trust, transparency, and adherence to labour regulations.

The role involves managing policies, handling grievances, and supporting collective bargaining while collaborating with HR to drive engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in employee relations or human resources.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labour law and collective bargaining frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage employee relations policies and programmes that promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Handle employee grievances, disputes and disciplinary matters in a fair, impartial and legally compliant manner.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace concerns and facilitate open communication channels.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws, regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
• Support collective bargaining negotiations and maintain positive relationships with unions and employee representatives.
• Develop and deliver training programmes on employment policies, workplace conduct and industrial relations best practices.
• Document and maintain records of employee relations cases, grievances and resolutions.
• Conduct workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct or policy violations.
• Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Monitor workplace relations trends and provide recommendations to senior management on employee relations matters.
