Responsibilities

1. Communicate complex information to stakeholders (internal management, Union, and external parties)
2. Listen to employee concerns and complaints, and facilitate meetings to resolve conflicts
3. Resolve internal disputes, disciplinary actions, and conflicts
4. Create programs to improve employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture
5. Audit and review grievance procedures and employee relations strategy to ensure adherence to labor laws
6. Keep accurate records of employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes
7. Support negotiations between management and employee representatives
