Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life in Jakarta seeks an Employee Benefit Consultant to generate new EB business and maintain current accounts through proactive prospecting, sales presentations, and closing deals.

You will develop prospecting strategies, manage client relationships, and provide insurance consultancy that delivers tangible value to clients, working closely with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or corporate environments.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Benefits products, health and life policies.
• Highly organized with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities while handling one or more books of business.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing EB accounts through prospecting and presentations.
• Schedule appointments, deliver sales presentations, and close new EB accounts.
• Develop prospecting strategies to increase new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain the existing client database, including managing client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion from existing clients by cross-selling and upselling EB products.
• Provide insurance consultancy services that deliver tangible value to clients.
