Job summary

PT Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and learning initiatives within a dynamic Indonesian tech group. You will maintain HR databases, assist in employee engagement projects, and conduct market research on recruitment trends while developing strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, management, or related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Human Resources.
• Previous internship/organizational experience in HR, recruitment, training, or events is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resumes screening, interviews scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
• Support the planning, coordination, and administration of learning and development programs.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projects.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking related to recruitment and talent development trends.
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
