Job summary

Emtek (PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk) is seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist/Operations intern to support daily HR activities across Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions. You will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining HR records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

You will also help with employer branding content, learning & development materials, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

Qualifications

• Open for active undergrads (5th semester) or fresh graduates in psychology, HRM, management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in HR Operations, Employee Branding, learning & development, or organization development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; Canva and CapCut familiarity a plus.
• Able to work independently or in a team; internship/experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team across Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
• Support recruitment activities: sourcing, scheduling interviews, and admin tasks.
• Maintain HR docs, databases, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement programs and HR events.
• Prepare HR presentations and reports as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support HR operations and projects.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and content creation for channels.
• Contribute to Learning & Development activities: needs analysis, materials, and onboarding support.
• Support onboarding for new hires and evaluate training effectiveness.
