BIOTA Smart Home is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Jakarta to drive electronics and home appliance product sales. The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and partners.

Candidates should be comfortable with targets, have a solid product knowledge, and be willing to travel for business or visits as needed. Indonesian-Chinese background is mandatory, and English proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Candidates with a Chinese Indonesian background are mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in electronics or home appliances.
• Experience with electronic products or home appliances is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Good product knowledge and ability to explain features and benefits to customers.
• Able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Comfortable with sales targets and KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
• Willing to travel for business or client visits when required.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to the company’s working schedule.
