Job summary

BIOTA Home is seeking a results-focused Sales Representative for Jakarta Central to promote electronics and home appliances. You will engage customers, explain product benefits, and close deals while meeting targets.

Preferred candidates have at least 1 year in sales, strong communication, and the ability to work on-site with a proactive, independent mindset. Bahasa Indonesia and basic English are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or home appliances industry.
• Experience in handling electronic products or home appliances is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Good product knowledge and the ability to explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Willing to travel for business purposes or conduct client visits when required.
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to the company's working schedule.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
