Job summary

PT. Tsubaki Indonesia Manufacturing in Karawang, West Java, seeks an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to lead electrical projects and automation efforts. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, strong CAD/PLC/HMI skills, and 7–10 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• S1 in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (software, hardware, and technique).
• Ability to read and explain electrical drawings.
• Proficient in operating CAD, PLC, and HMI programming.
• 7–10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering/Automation.
• Deep knowledge of electrical control panels, control parts, wiring, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing projects in machinery manufacturing, automation, conveyors, and material handling.
• Ability to speak English; Japanese is a plus.
• Strong willingness and determination; able to work individually or in a team.
• Willing to work at KIIC Karawang.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum Education S1 in Electrical Engineering

2. Great Understanding in Electrical (Software, Hardware and Technique)

3. Able to Read and Explain Electrical Drawing

4. Proficient in Operating CAD, PLC, HMI Programming

5. Have Experience in Electrical Engineering / Automation for 7 - 10 Years

6. Deep Knowledge in Electrical Control Panel, Control Parts, Wiring , Commissioning and Troubleshooting

7. Have Experience Managing Projects, particularly in Machinery Manufacturing, Automation, Conveyors, and Material Handling.

8. Able to Speak in English (Can Speak in Japanese is a Plus Point)

9. Have a Strong Willingness and Determination.

10.Can Work in Individual or Team

11. Willing to work in KIIC Karawang
