PT Lelco Trindo Nusantara sedang mencari Head of Purchasing yang berpengalaman untuk memimpin fungsi pembelian, memastikan ketersediaan material, biaya yang kompetitif, dan kinerja pemasok yang andal.

Posisi ini menuntut 5–8 tahun pengalaman di Pembelian/Pengadaan dengan 2–3 tahun di jabatan manajerial, serta pengetahuan kuat tentang ERP, Excel, dan proses pengadaan. Kemampuan berkomunikasi lintas departemen dan etika pembelian sangat penting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in electrical, lighting, electronics, engineering, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, purchasing planning, and cost control.
• Experienced in managing direct and indirect materials and monitoring supplier delivery performance.
• Familiar with lead time, MOQ, payment terms, inventory, and procurement processes.
• Familiar with ERP/purchasing systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and strong understanding of procurement ethics.
• Able to collaborate effectively with Production, PPIC, Warehouse, QC, Engineering, Finance, and other departments.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Experience in purchasing electrical components, lighting materials, electronic components, metal/plastic components, or other manufacturing materials

• Lead purchasing function to ensure availability of materials, competitive costs, and reliable supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Production, PPIC, Warehouse, QC, Engineering, Finance, and other departments.
• Manage direct and indirect materials and monitor supplier delivery performance.
• Oversee procurement processes including lead time, MOQ, payment terms, and inventory management.
• Communicate in Mandarin is a plus and apply ethical procurement practices.

PT Lelco Trindo Nusantara is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Purchasing to lead our purchasing function and ensure the availability of materials, competitive costs, and reliable supplier performance.

Requirements:
