Job summary

PT Knauf Plasterboard Indonesia is seeking an Electrical Engineer to ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical and automation equipment at the Gresik Plant.

You will execute preventive maintenance (PM) and annual maintenance activities, and troubleshoot breakdowns. You will perform maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and VFD systems, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical systems, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and VFD.
• Proven experience in PLC and SCADA programming.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, leadership, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to drive continuous improvement.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• SAP experience or knowledge is an advantage.

Proven experience in PLC and SCADA programming.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication, leadership, teamwork, and coordination skills.

Proactive, target-oriented, and able to drive continuous improvement.

Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.

Good understanding of ISO 9001, HSE, and 5S requirements.

SAP experience or knowledge is an advantage.
