Job summary
PT Knauf Plasterboard Indonesia is seeking an Electrical Engineer to ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical and automation equipment at the Gresik Plant.
You will execute preventive maintenance (PM) and annual maintenance activities, and troubleshoot breakdowns. You will perform maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and VFD systems, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical systems, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and VFD.
- Proven experience in PLC and SCADA programming.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, leadership, teamwork, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to drive continuous improvement.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- SAP experience or knowledge is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical and automation equipment.
- Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and annual maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot electrical and automation equipment breakdowns.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and VFD systems.
- Identify improvement opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, 5S, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Support continuous improvement and collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams.
