Job summary

Wesco in Indonesia is hiring an Analyst - Environmental Health and Safety to educate the workforce on safety and environmental rules, and to develop training materials and programs. You will track accidents, perform inspections, and help ensure regulatory compliance across facilities and processes.

The role requires 2+ years in EHS, with preference for mining/electrical/manufacturing experience, and the ability to communicate complex information to diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years' EHS experience.
• At least 1 year in mining, electrical, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of local, provincial, state and industry safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Ability to perform inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and processes.
• Ability to develop, implement, and enforce EHS programs and protocols.

Responsibilities
