Job summary

OTCA Education Services seeks an Education Consultant based in Malang to engage prospective learners through digital platforms and live presentations. You will consult on suitable programs, moderate events or webinars, and maintain ongoing communication to close enrollments.

Responsibilities include guiding learners to the right programs, updating progress, and supporting the sales targets of the team. Accommodation is provided during the probation period.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree, any major.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with a target-driven mindset.
• Willing to be based in Malang.

• Follow up with prospective customers through digital platforms and provide consultation and program presentations via chat, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
• Maintain active communication with prospective customers from initial contact through closing.
• Moderate events or webinars as needed.
• Update customer progress and perform regular data administration.
• Guide prospective learners toward the right program and support the team's sales targets.

Daily tasks include maintaining active communication with prospective customers through to closing, acting as moderator for events or webinars, and updating customer progress along with data administration on a regular basis. The Education Consultant will play a key role in guiding prospective learners toward the right program while supporting the team's sales targets.
