Koding Next in Bogor is seeking an Education Consultant to convert leads into customers and serve as a student advisor. You will be the first point of contact, build relationships via phone, WhatsApp, and social platforms, and guide students through the program selection and enrollment process.

The role emphasizes fluency in English, self-motivation, and a passion for helping people, with an international environment and growth opportunities at a fast-growing coding school in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in sales (preferably in education)
• Genuine desire to sell and convert leads into customers
• Able to negotiate and be a true team player
• Able to achieve sales targets and work in office (Bogor)

Education Consultant (Student Advisor) - Bogor

As an Education consultant, you will be responsible for converting leads into customers, building relationships with new customers, and act as a students advisor, being the first point of contact for the clients and students.

This role is suitable for a self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate with fluent English and a genuine passion for working with people.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers and students via phone, WA, social media, and other platforms, follow them up on their decision to buy
• Find opportunities for gathering new clients and increasing sales
• Act as a student advisor
• Provide a quality explanation of the programs in Koding Next with the target to convert leads into customers
• Take care of the students' needs from the start to the end of the course

Requirements

• Genuine desire to sell, convert leads into customers, ability to follow up with the customer till they make a decision
• Able to negotiate and build teamwork, be a true team player
• Able to achieve sales targets
• 1 year+ experience in sales (preferably in the education sector)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Readiness to work in our office (Bogor)
