Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to drive enrollments for Sparks Education programs, cross-selling across offerings.

You will engage with parents via offline and online channels, manage a full sales pipeline, and convert trials into paid enrollments, with monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales roles
• Experience in B2C sales with targets
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Persistent and resourceful in achieving sales goals
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Ability to probe and understand customer needs and translate them into solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales roles (e.g., Customer Success, SPG/SPB, Education Consultant, Membership Sales, Hospitality, or any role with sales exposure)
• Experience in B2C sales with targets (Experience in education industry is a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in engaging with parents
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Persistent and resourceful in achieving sales goals
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Ability to probe and understand customer needs, and translate them into relevant solutions
