Job summary

Sparks English in Sidoarjo is seeking Education Consultants (Sales Acquisition) to engage with prospective students and parents, assess needs, and promote programs. You will build relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive enrollment through multiple channels.

The role emphasizes customer focus, target achievement, and presenting compelling program options while maintaining a professional appearance and strong follow‑up. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or education services preferred.
• Face-to-face or consultative sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers confidently.
• Able to identify needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales.
• Motivated to achieve sales targets and earn incentives.
• Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and learning goals.
• Recommend suitable learning programs based on students' needs and parents' expectations.
• Present and promote Sparks English programs in an engaging and persuasive manner.
• Identify upselling opportunities and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Manage sales activities, follow up on leads, and maintain databases.
• Build relationships with parents to encourage retention and referrals.
• Approach prospective customers through face-to-face interactions and various sales channels.
• Monitor and report prospecting activities, follow-ups, and sales performance.
