Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, product development, or strategic roles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate projects.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, market research, and business strategy.
• Experience developing sales strategies, targets, and KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with revenue analysis, budgeting, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the product team in managing existing products and developing new products aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Develop product strategies, business plans, and roadmaps to improve product performance, competitiveness, and revenue growth.
• Set, monitor, and evaluate product sales targets, revenue performance, and other key business metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, competitor analysis, and sales performance evaluation.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase product sales, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and validation to planning, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and development teams to ensure effective product execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor product profitability, budgets, development costs, and marketing expenses to support financial sustainability.
• Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements, new features, pricing strategies, or product adjustments based on data and market needs.
• Prepare product performance reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for management.
