Job summary

Englishvit is seeking a Product Development leader to drive product strategy, manage performance, and identify growth opportunities in the education sector. You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, design, and development to align product initiatives with business goals and market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the product team in managing existing products and developing new products aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Develop product strategies, business plans, and roadmaps to improve product performance, competitiveness, and revenue growth.
• Set, monitor, and evaluate product sales targets, revenue performance, and other key business metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, competitor analysis, and sales performance evaluation.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase product sales, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and validation to planning, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and development teams to ensure effective product execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor product profitability, budgets, development costs, and marketing expenses to support financial sustainability.
• Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements, new features, pricing strategies, or product adjustments based on data and market needs.
• Prepare product performance reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for management.

Job Qualifications

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market research, business strategy, and product development.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and evaluate business performance using data.

Familiarity with revenue analysis, budgeting, cost management, and product profitability.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Trello, Jira, Figma, or similar platforms is a plus.

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are preferred.
