Job summary

Binary Academy is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Leader to drive the strategy and roadmap for core products in Indonesia. You will translate complex needs into PRDs, lead data-driven discovery, and manage end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to rollout, ensuring robust systems for customers and drivers.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Business teams, mentor PMs, and set high ownership standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in IT product development or product management with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record building and scaling complex B2B/B2C products and internal tools.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with metrics on adoption, retention and revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management including board interactions.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management preferred.
• Willing to Work From Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Translate business needs into PRDs and manage prioritization and stakeholders.
• Lead data-driven product discovery and end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to rollout.
• Ensure customer- and driver-facing features are supported by robust internal systems.
• Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Business teams.
• Mentor the Product Management team and uphold high Product Ownership standards.
