Job summary

Binary Academy is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Leader to drive the strategy and roadmap for core products in Indonesia. You will translate complex needs into PRDs, lead data-driven discovery, and manage end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to rollout, ensuring robust systems for customers and drivers.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Business teams, mentor PMs, and set high ownership standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business or related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years in IT product development or product management with 5+ years in senior leadership.
Proven track record building and scaling complex B2B/B2C products and internal tools.
Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with metrics on adoption, retention and revenue.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management including board interactions.
Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management preferred.
Willing to Work From Office.
