HuanYing Learning Studio is seeking a front office and administrative support staff to be the first point of contact for prospective students, families, and visitors in Jakarta. You will manage reception, scheduling, registrations, and payments while supporting events and marketing activities.
You will handle inquiries via phone and digital channels, maintain records, and assist with class coordination and open house activities. Basic English and proficiency with Google Workspace are required.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, current students, families, and visitors, managing daily reception activities, scheduling, student registration, and payment processing while supporting the broader operational and marketing activities of the studio.
Welcome and assist prospective students, students, families, and visitors to the studio
Answer inquiries directly, by phone, and through various digital channels, and handle daily reception activities
Manage daily operational activities, including scheduling and confirming meeting and class schedules
Monitor class schedules and teacher availability, and coordinate to resolve class conflicts, teacher absences, and scheduling issues
Maintain accurate administrative records and data, and assist with various administrative and general tasks
Ensure accurate attendance records for students and teachers
Handle student registration processes and payments
Record cash and non-cash transactions, including bank transfers and daily petty cash, based on payment receipts received
Coordinate with the teaching team and manage messages and correspondence
Ensure the front area and common areas of the studio are always neat, comfortable, and create a positive impression
Support studio activities such as open house, Cultural Lab, Holiday Club, and other events
Assist with marketing activities such as social media, promotions, and outreach
Honest, trustworthy, and responsible, especially when handling data and payments
Minimum education: SMA/SMK or D3/S1 from any field
Strong customer service and communication skills
Understanding or experience in front office operations, including reception duties and telephone communication etiquette
Basic English language ability
Basic computer skills, including Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides, Canva, and similar applications; proficiency with Spreadsheet for administrative record-keeping is required
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment
Comfortable interacting with students and families from various ages and backgrounds
