Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information System or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical support role.
• Strong interpersonal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Team-oriented with willingness to assist colleagues.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience with diverse software, hardware, and applications.
• Analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions.
• Preference for experience in Schools System.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation, administration, and support of educational applications and instructional technology across the school.
• Provide functional and technical support to teachers, staff, and students for digital learning platforms.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, application configurations, and system access.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of student and academic data across systems.
• Analyze system and user requirements, identify process gaps, and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for system implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Support teachers in integrating technology into teaching and assessments.
• Develop documentation, guides, and standard procedures for applications.
• Support technology projects, system testing, data reconciliation, and reporting.

Skills
