SAMPOERNA ACADEMY is seeking an IT IS Support Officer to coordinate and support educational applications across the school. You will provide technical help to teachers, staff and students, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with teams to implement practical tech solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS with 2+ years in technical support, proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and strong teamwork and time management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field.
• At least 2 years in a technical support role.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Team-oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation, administration and support of educational applications and instructional technology across the school.
• Provide functional and technical support to teachers, staff and students for digital learning platforms.
• Collaborate with academic and admin teams to identify tech needs and develop practical system solutions.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and system configurations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across school systems.
• Analyze requirements, identify gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Support teachers in integrating technology into teaching, learning, assessment and classroom activities.
• Conduct user training and develop documentation and procedures.
• Support technology projects, testing, data reconciliation, reporting and continuous improvement.
