Sparks English is seeking Education Consultants (Sales Acquisition) to engage with prospective customers, understand learning goals, and promote our English programs. You will present solutions, tailor recommendations, and build trust with parents to support student enrollment.

In this role, you will actively approach prospects through in-person interactions and various channels, manage follow-ups, and drive sales performance to meet targets while representing Sparks English at the designated

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or education services is preferred.
• Face-to-face or consultative sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets and earn incentives.
• Willingness to be placed and work at the Sparks English center.

Responsabilités

• Engage with prospective customers to understand needs and learning goals.
• Recommend suitable learning programs based on students' needs and parents' expectations.
• Present and promote Sparks English programs in an engaging, informative way.
• Identify upselling opportunities and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Manage sales activities, follow up on leads, and maintain databases.
• Build relationships with parents to encourage retention and referrals.
• Approach prospects through face-to-face interactions and sales channels.
• Monitor and report prospecting activities, follow-ups, and sales performance.
