Job summary

Sparks English is seeking Education Consultants (Sales Acquisition) to engage with prospective customers, understand learning goals, and promote our English programs. You will present solutions, tailor recommendations, and build trust with parents to support student enrollment.

In this role, you will actively approach prospects through in-person interactions and various channels, manage follow-ups, and drive sales performance to meet targets while representing Sparks English at the designated

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or education services is preferred.
• Experience in face-to-face or consultative sales, such as SPG/SPB, education services, or beauty products and services, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently.
• Comfortable approaching prospective customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable solutions.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
• Good follow-up skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation.
