Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, or business operations.
• Experience in early childhood education or education-related startups is a plus.
• Strong people management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area.
• Lead branch initiatives, events, promotions, and other marketing activities to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and identifying sales opportunities and implementing strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
