Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Palembang seeks a Branch Operations Leader to drive efficient branch operations and growth. You will lead initiatives, manage student engagement, and oversee enrollment strategies across the region.

You will also be responsible for PnL performance, local market assessment, and delivering a superior customer journey, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Strong people management and team leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, events, promotions, and other marketing activities to drive engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and optimizing revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality and loyalty.
