Job summary

PT Maja Estetika Sejahtera is seeking a Senior E-commerce Lead to drive GMV growth across beauty platforms. You will own end-to-end e-commerce strategy, optimize traffic, conversion, and AOV, and oversee SKU performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplaces.

The role requires 6+ years in e-commerce, strong leadership, analytics, and deep knowledge of marketplace ecosystems. You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and supply chain, and be based at Kawasan Mega Kuningan,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years experience in e-commerce or online sales especially in Beauty Industry
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and marketplace ecosystem.
• Experience driving GMV growth and managing affiliate/creator programs.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
