• Develop regional sales strategies, annual business plans, and execution roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives, and drive execution across cities, channels, and accounts.
• Manage regional budget and expenses; plan, control, and evaluate resource allocation to ensure budget efficiency and business ROI.
• Oversee regional end-to-end operations: account management, store operations, retail footprint, logistics, and in-store sales associate teams to hit operational KPIs.
• Lead regional organization building, including structure planning, recruitment, performance management, capability development, and daily people management.
• Track sales performance, market share, channel inventory, price architecture, and competitor moves; deliver timely improvement actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, product, and supply-chain teams on new product launches, promotions, store expansion, and retail field execution.

• Own sales forecasting, product allocation, inventory replenishment, and logistics coordination to secure supply and healthy channel inventory.
