Job summary

Xiaomi Technology Indonesia is seeking a Store Manager in Bali to cooperate with partner store managers to run daily operations and management. You will formulate sales plans and lead partner teams to achieve targets set by Xiaomi.

You will oversee merchandise turnover, coordinate replenishment with partners, ensure VM standards, and supervise in-store service and staff training to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong willingness to engage in retail industry.
• Excellent learning ability.
• Good teamwork spirit and a strong sense of ownership.
• Prior frontline retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Xiaomi New Retail model is a plus.
• Over 2 years of store management experience in mobile phone or consumer electronics industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with partner store manager to complete all store operation and management work.
• Formulate store sales plans and strategies, and lead the partner team to achieve the sales targets assigned by the company.
• Monitor merchandise turnover, coordinate with partners for timely replenishment, and ensure that merchandise displays comply with VM standards.
• Supervise and manage in-store customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure customers receive satisfactory service experience.
• Cooperate with partners to complete recruitment and training of store employees, ensure sufficient staffing, and maintain service quality.
• Maintain good communication and collaboration with partners to ensure the implementation of the company’s strategies.
