Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Sulawesi Selatan, Soppeng seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coordinate with the partner store manager, and ensure the execution of company strategies.

You will lead the partner team, formulate sales plans, monitor VM standards, handle replenishment, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining staffing and staff motivation.

Applicants with 2+ years in mobile/consumer electronics retail and a college degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong willingness to work in retail industry.
• Familiarity with Xiaomi New Retail model is a plus.
• Over 2 years store management experience in mobile phone or consumer electronics is highly desirable.
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partner store manager to run all store operations and management tasks.
• Develop store sales plans and strategies and lead the partner team to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with platform and headquarters to support the implementation of company strategies.
• Monitor merchandise turnover and coordinate replenishment with partners while ensuring VM standards.
• Supervise in-store customer service, handle complaints, and ensure satisfactory service.
• Recruit and train store staff with partners to ensure adequate staffing and high-quality service.
