Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in Sales in Consumer Electronics/LED TV industry.
• Strong knowledge of LED TV products, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to travel frequently within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good relationships with dealers and customers.
• Increase sales and market share of LED TV products in East Java area.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities.
• Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
• Ensure product display and branding are implemented properly in stores.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock availability and customer needs.
